  • How much does it cost? Our in-depth monthly coaching program is $149/mo.
  • ​What does that include? In-person coaching session, goal setting, two medical grade body composition scans with professional review, personalized total wellness plan, weekly coaching calls, and assistance with grocery cart build-out as needed.
  • How long are the in-person appointments? Up to one hour.
  • ​Can you help me set up an exercise program? Yes! Physical activity is a major component of total wellness and I am also a Certified Personal Trainer.
  • ​Can I just do a single visit? Absolutely. I am happy to provide a single session, though it does not allow us to reach your goals in the same way as the monthly coaching.
  • Can I come in just to meet you and see if it's a good fit? Absolutely. I'd love to visit with you and hear your story so you can see if I am able to help.
